Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC and its customers in connection with the sale of subscription-based digital services offered on the site.

Prices and subscriptions

The digital services are offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, and may be changed. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of subscription or renewal.

Subscription and renewal

Subscriptions are taken out online through our platform. Unless cancelled before the end of the subscription period, the subscription renews automatically for an identical period.

Payment

Subscription payments are made securely through the payment methods available on the site. Charges are taken automatically on the subscription or renewal date.

Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refund policy

In accordance with applicable law, subscriptions to digital services do not carry a right of withdrawal once first use has taken place. No refund will be granted, for any reason whatsoever, including where the user has forgotten to cancel. In exceptional circumstances, STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC may, at its sole discretion, grant a credit applicable to future subscription periods. Such a credit may under no circumstances give rise to a cash refund. STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC does not cancel subscriptions manually on behalf of its users. It is each user's responsibility to manage and, where applicable, cancel their own subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Managing the subscription

Users can manage their subscription (changes, cancellation) directly from their customer area on statsnbet.io, which redirects to the Whop payment platform. Independently of statsnbet.io, users may also access their Whop area at any time to change, suspend or cancel their subscription, in particular during maintenance or temporary unavailability of statsnbet.io. For as long as a user's subscription is active, STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC undertakes to provide full access to the services included in the current subscription.

Access to the service

Access to the digital services is immediate once the subscription and payment are confirmed. The services are available online and require an internet connection.

Service performance and value bet detection

STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC undertakes to deploy the best available technical means to detect value bet opportunities and pass them on to its users. The user nevertheless acknowledges and accepts that it is technically impossible to guarantee delivery of 100% of the value bets available on the market. Bookmakers continuously adjust their odds independently of the service provided by STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC, which may cause an opportunity to change or disappear before it is passed on to the user. STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC nonetheless undertakes to keep optimising its algorithms and infrastructure so as to maximise the number of opportunities detected and delivered.

Warning — nature of the service and financial risks

The service consists in making available an analysis and value betting opportunity detection tool, for information purposes. The service in no way constitutes investment advice, an incitement to gamble, or a financial investment recommendation. The user alone decides how to use the data provided by the service. Any decision to place a bet is their exclusive responsibility and entirely their own choice. STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC guarantees no financial result, no winnings and no return on investment. Sports betting carries an inherent risk of partial or total financial loss. The user acknowledges being fully aware of these risks and accepts them without reservation. Under no circumstances may STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC, its directors, employees or contractors be held liable for any financial loss, direct or indirect, suffered by the user in connection with the use of the service, including but not limited to: losses resulting from bets placed on the basis of the data provided, losses linked to the closure or limitation of accounts by bookmakers, losses caused by odds movements between detection and the actual placing of the bet, and any financial or non-financial harm connected with sports betting. The user undertakes to stake only amounts whose loss would not compromise their financial situation, and to comply with the law applicable to sports betting in their jurisdiction.

Liability‍

STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC undertakes to provide reliable and secure access to the services, subject to interruptions due to maintenance or failures. The liability of STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC is strictly limited to the amount of the current subscription paid by the user. The company may under no circumstances be held liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

STATSNBET SOFTWARES LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments apply to current and future subscriptions. Customers will be informed via Telegram of any significant change.
